Arcadia Housing Group

In July 2008 Arcadia Housing Group selected the Rocket CorVu performance Management system to manage its performance indicators, risks, action planning and performance reporting. Based on the success of this implementation, in 2009 the organization deployed the CorPlanning module to improve efficiencies in its budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting routines.

Australian Academic & Research Network

AARNet Pty Ltd owns and maintains a complex telecommunications network that provides a 1-10 gigabit/second Internet connection to all of Australia’s universities, major research groups and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO). Rocket CorVu performance management and business intelligence solutions enables AARNet to fully automate its billing and reduce its invoicing cycle from six weeks to less than two days.

Dacorum Borough Council

Conwed Plastics

Conwed, a large plastics manufacturer, needed a better Balanced Scorecard reporting tool that provided real-time reporting functionality and managed the many unwieldy spreadsheets they relied on. The City of Greater Geelong

At Geelong, Rocket CorVu not only facilitated the development of scorecards with CorStrategy and the management of complex projects with CorProject, but Geelong also uses Rocket CorVu’s software for reporting out of key systems.

East Ayrshire Council

In 2007, the challenges for the East Ayrshire Council’s Best Value & Performance Team were to demonstrate that East Ayrshire Council was managing its business effectively and to provide a tool that would contribute to the continuous improvement of performance. Following a detailed and thorough procurement process East Ayrshire Council purchased licenses for a range of Rocket CorVu products including: CorStrategy, HyperVu, CorRisk, CorBusiness and CorPortfolio.

Erste Bank

Erste Bank Hong Kong runs several different systems including MIDAS, Kondor, Ricos and sources data from providers such as S&P and Moodys. Viewing the data from such varied systems in isolation made it difficult to analyze the business needs at the level of detail and in the time frame required. With CorBusiness, Erste Bank Hong Kong was able to extract data from its various systems into a data warehouse. End users were then able to access the information within the data warehouse to produce their desired reports.

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service

Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service is the second largest fire service in the United Kingdom. The service employs more than 2,500 people and operates 41 fire stations that cover approximately 500 square miles. Because of the size of the service, the organization found that information across different computer systems was difficult to access and so turned to Rocket CorVu to provide a technology infrastructure that would allow the organization to aggregate all of its knowledge into a single platform.

Kobelco-CNH Australia

Kobelco-CNH Australia is a subsidiary of Kobelco Construction Machinery Company, one of Japan's largest manufacturers of heavy equipment. As a regional sales and marketing organization, Kobelco-CNH Australia has responsibility not only for its own operations, but also for integrating with the parent company's goals and objectives. Using Rocket CorVu, Kobelco-CNH Australia has been able to reduce monthly reporting to a few hours, rather than several days.

Langdon Ingredients

Langdon Ingredients is a specialty food company offering ingredients, services and niche food products to a variety of customers in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. The company has more than 90 employees and offers a range of services including food storage & distribution, contract manufacturing and packing, testing and technical support and product development. Rocket CorVu provides Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions that have allowed Langdon’s staff members to get visibility into all aspects of the business and dramatically reduce inefficiencies in its operations.

London Borough of Redbridge

London Borough of Redbridge uses Rocket CorVu to improve and optimize its performance planning and management analysis. Redbridge is benefi ting from consistent, automated, easy-to-interpret reporting across the council, as well as the ability to tailor reports to the end-user, and to make performance reports available to all employees.

National Marrow Donor Program

National Marrow Donor Program needed real-time visibility into performance metrics and to track data reported from over 200 measures each quarter. In 2008, they chose Rocket CorVu as their software solution to help manage the strategic plan data.

New South Wales State Emergency Service

By using Rocket CorVu NG, New South Wales State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is able to monitor its performance against the 19 goals and directives in its corporate plan, build employee accountability, and use data to improve organizational operations and effectiveness.

Newcastle City Council

Newcastle City Council is the unitary authority for Newcastle upon Tyne, in northeast England. The council is using Rocket CorVu to improve its operations, increase efficiency, and meet regulatory mandates.

Oxford City Homes

Oxford City Homes (OCH) currently manages nearly 8000 rented homes and more than 600 leasehold properties. Rocket CorVu technology has vastly improved (OCH) services as it makes data owners responsible and accountable for performance, which has led to increased productivity and therefore services. Examples include delivering repairs on time, keeping appointments and satisfaction levels.

Procure Plus

Procure Plus is a consortium of social housing providers who works with both local and national agencies to generate efficiencies by procuring construction material and contractors for their clients maintenance and investment programs. Procure Plus needed a flexible and dynamic performance management system driven by operational data and turned to Rocket CorVu to provide the solution.

Sydney Children's Hospital Network

Sydney Children's Hospital Network faced significant reporting challenges due to decentralized data administration and collections within a disconnected governance structure. The hospital sought to create a performance management framework which would integrate strategic and operational reporting using the balanced scorecard methodology. In addition, the hospital required an automated, streamlined approach to improve the timeliness and ease of reporting. Linkages between operational management, strategic planning, risk management , and performance improvement were also required. With these goals and needs in mind, the hospital selected Rocket CorVu as its performance management platform and began creating an “Information Culture” to ensure successful implementation and productive use of the balanced scorecard framework.

Wearwell relies heavily upon shared data from and between various departments. Prior to partnering with Rocket CorVu, the amount of data grew beyond their ability to manage, and Wearwell experienced a lack of appropriate data visualization and time to generate reports. Wearwell sought a performance management software solution that every person, at every level, internally and externally could use. Wearwell's search of several software solutions ended with CorManufacturing.
